Refund policies

Please read carefully.

There are no physical products stored each order is produced on demand by a third party when the order is placed.

We do not have any inventory. There are no products ready to sell. Photographs are only produced after that an order have been placed, on demand by a third party then shipped by another third party.

The client must place an order that is custom made for the production process to start. Due to the personalized nature of these digital products and the production costs incurred to print them on paper at the time of ordering, all orders are considered final sales.

Unfortunately, no full refunds or exchanges are possible once production has begun.

This is a digital product that only becomes physical at the time of ordering when the production process starts by a third party that handles the whole production process.

All the Images are digital files from digitized vintage negative film, stored at a company in this case the printing company creativehub that handles the production of the photographs on demand and organise the shipping.

The business model is called dropshipping.

We use the services of a third party, in this case “ Creativehub “ to produce photographs that has been ordered through our website and the same third party uses other third parties to ship the photographs to the clients. They provide the photographs and the logistic.

 We do not manage neither the production nor shipping of the photographs.

This means that the photographer focuses on creation and transfering the orders, while a third party is responsible for the production, management of the order, order preparation, and delivery to the customer.

The photographer has no direct control neither over the production nor the shipping process or how orders are fulfilled.  The photograph has no knowledge about routes, customization, or delivery times. Thanks to this model, the photographer can focus on the creation and guarantee hight quality prints with competitive prices and, above all, offer a professional level of service tailored to current market demands.

The production and shipping of photographic prints are handled externally by creativehub.io who provides and manages all logistics, from warehousing to direct shipping to the customer.

Refund conditions:

- Full Refund: If you cancel your order before production begins, in the event that we are able to interrupt the start of production, you are entitled to a full refund. Please note that production can begin between 0 and 5 days  after that you have placed your order.

 

- Partial Refund: If you cancel your order after production has begun, you are entitled to a partial refund of 60% of the total amount.

 

- No refunds are possible after your order has been shipped. Shipping process typically takes from one to up to 5 days.

 

Once shipped, no refunds can be issued

Damaged & significant delays

In the unlikely event the product arrives to damaged, a replacement will be sent free of charge. 

We only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed  (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). What constitutes a significant time delay is at our discretion. In either cases we may request return of the products so that we can dispose of them. The returns in these cases will be at our cost, and refunds can be withheld until the returns are received by us.

Other refunds

Refunds, other than for damaged products, are only possible in some exceptional cases.

The 14 days refund policy applies when selling already framed and produced photographs by the artist himself

examples: 

- The Artist selection

- After an exhibition.

- A produced theme.

in these cases there are physical frames sold directly by the artist himself through his platform and the 14 days refund policy applies

14-day refund policy

  • Cancellation period: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to cancel the purchase.

  • Reason for cancellation: You do not need to provide a reason for your cancellation.

  • Refund timeframe: The seller must issue the refund within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Exceptions: There are some exceptions, such as for personalized items, perishable goods, or sealed software that has been unsealed.

  • Return shipping costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refund amount: The refund do not include original shipping charges you paid. 

  • Refund amount: The refund would include the original shipping charges in the only situation where we made an error and sent you the wrong item.

  • Delayed refund: We can delay the refund if you have not yet returned the goods or provided proof of postage.

  • In the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged you must absolutely tale pictures of damaged packaging and contact us directly so we can replace your purchase free of charge. The damaged item must be returned to us for us to be able to destroy it as every single photograph is numbered and part of a limited edition.
