We do not have any inventory. We do not store any physical product.
All the Images are digital files from digitized vintage negative film, stored as a digital file at the printing company that handles the production and shipping.
The business model is called dropshipping
We use the services of a third party, in this case “ Creativehub “ to produce and ship the photographs. They provide the photographs and the logistic.
We do not manage neither the production nor shipping of the photographs.
This means that the photographer focuses on creation and sales, while a third party is responsible for inventory management, order preparation, and delivery to the customer.
The photographer has no direct control neither over the shipping process nor delivery times, or how orders are fulfilled.
The production and shipping of photographic prints are handled externally creativehub.io who provides and manages all logistics, from warehousing to direct shipping to the customer.
The photographer has no direct or indirect control over the print production and shipping process, including routes, customization, or delivery times. Thanks to this model, the photographer can guarantee hight quality prints with competitive prices and, above all, offer a professional level of service tailored to current market demands.

Creativehub
ships print-on-demand fine art and dropshipping orders globally, typically within 2-5 working days after payment is received. Shipping costs are based on the destination, with dropshipping orders using standard postage for the UK and EU/EEA and express courier for other international destinations, while framed prints use express courier globally. All orders include tracking, and customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes.
Shipping process

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are determined by the destination and are separate from the product cost:

Dropshipping: Uses standard postage for the UK and EU/EEA, which can be upgraded to DHL Express. Orders shipped outside the UK and EU/EEA are sent via Express Courier.

Framed prints: Shipped via DHL Express to all destinations.

Worldwide: Creativehub ships to most countries, with shipping costs calculated based on the destination.

Import duties and taxes: The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or other charges that may be applied when the delivery reaches its destination.

Returns: Creativehub offers replacements for damaged items but does not issue refunds for shipping delays that are considered normal or for items held up in customs
